About Me

Shanna Dierker has changed people’s lives as a nurse and nurse practitioner.

After years in acute care, Shanna decided to follow a dream and focus on a different aspect of patient challenges - caring for the individual’s goals and confidence - as a member of Blessing’s plastic and reconstructive surgery and aesthetics team.

Growing up locally she was like any other teenager and young woman facing some challenges regarding her appearance and confidence. That experience instilled in Shanna a passion for aesthetics, a field of medicine that treats cosmetic conditions through non-surgical methods.

“I want to help educate people about the many services available to them locally. Those who do not know of these services may be hesitant to seek them out, because of what they have seen in movies or on television. They may not know how we can address their concerns or achieve their goals.”

“These services are very common. They enhance people’s natural beauty and confidence so they can live their life accomplishing their goals. Everyone is beautiful in their own unique way, it is my job to help get them to where they can see that confidently.”

People who receive care from Shanna find someone who is driven to give 110%, while making them feel comfortable.

“I’m very casual and down-to-earth. I don’t like rigid, stuffy provider-patient relationships. I like to get to know the patient, help them identify their goals, and together develop a treatment plan to achieve those goals. I want to share the experience.”
