EXPERIENCE THE BLESSING DIFFERENCE: THE FASTCARE CLINIC

The Blessing FastCare Clinic is an alternative to a hospital emergency room visit. We are able to treat children (18 months and older) and adults in a comfortable clinic setting. We offer:

  • Treatment for a variety of conditions: For emergencies (see below for examples), you should go to the Emergency Center. However, we are able to treat many common ailments and less serious conditions, including:

    • Allergies

    • Athlete’s foot and ringworm

    • Cold and flu symptoms

    • Cold sores and fever blisters

    • Ear infections, including swimmer’s ear

    • Pregnancy testing

    • Rashes, including impetigo, insect bites and mild poison ivy (no shots)

    • Minor burns/sunburns

    • Mono testing

    • Sinus infections

    • Sore throat (including strep testing)

    • Sports, school and camp physicals

    • Urinary tract infections (including urinalysis)

  • Convenience: We get you in and out as quickly as possible. You do not need an appointment. We stay open into the evening on weekdays (until 8:30 p.m.) and have weekend hours as well. Please note that we stop registering people 15 minutes prior to close. We may stop registering sooner if there is a significant wait.

  • Flat fee for treatment: At $57, FastCare services cost less than an Emergency Center visit. We also accept most insurance. Please make sure to have your identification, insurance card and co-payment ready upon arrival.

  • Knowledgeable practitioners: FastCare is staffed with Blessing practitioners, including nurse practitioners. Like all Blessing providers, they are committed to compassionate care and customer service.

WHEN SHOULD I GO TO THE EMERGENCY CENTER INSTEAD?

The FastCare clinic is often a convenient alternative for fast treatment when you aren’t able to see your doctor. However, there are some conditions we cannot treat here.

Go to Blessing’s Emergency Center or Walk-In Clinic for these conditions:

  • Broken bones

  • Chronic pain

  • Conditions requiring stitches, incisions or lancing

  • Immunizations

  • Injuries from falls

  • Pre-employment physical requiring drug testing

  • Sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening

  • Vaginal pain or complaints

  • Well-child or well-woman exams

  • Workman's comp claims

For these conditions, go only to the Emergency Center. (We do not treat these conditions at the Walk-In Clinic):

  • Chest pressure

  • Chest pain

  • Abdominal pain

Note that we do NOT offer shots, medication refills or X-rays at the FastCare clinic.
