Blessing Hospice is proud to bring back its Butterfly Moments event, coming up on Sunday, August 17.
Join us at the Moorman Park Large Shelter, located off North 39th Street in Quincy, as we celebrate the lives and memories of those we have loved and lost. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m., with the reading of names and release of butterflies to remember our loved ones, scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Live music and kids' activities will be available, along with light refreshments.
Cost is $10 per butterfly, and orders must be placed by August 1. This event will be held rain or shine. If the individual reserving the butterfly cannot attend, the butterfly will be released by a member of the Blessing Hospice staff. In the event of rain, those reserving butterflies will come to Moorman Park and pick up their butterfly to release at their own time when the weather clears.
