Blessing Health is proud to recognize five members of the Medical Staff Office and Provider Enrollment team who have earned the prestigious Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES®) credential through the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
The CPES certification is the nation's premier credential for healthcare professionals specializing in provider enrollment and payer credentialing. It demonstrates advanced expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes, regulatory compliance, and provider onboarding practices that support timely patient access and organizational revenue integrity.
In December 2025, Robin Rea, Enrollment and Special Projects Lead; Kristin Hyde, Senior Payer Enrollment Specialist; and Kim Olson, Director of Medical Staff and Enrollment Operations, became part of the inaugural CPES certification class. As three of only 123 professionals nationwide to earn the credential during the program's first certification cycle, they helped establish a new standard of excellence within the provider enrollment profession.
Building on that achievement, Stacy Hilgenbrink, Senior Payer Enrollment Specialist, and Allyson Riley, Payer Enrollment Specialist, earned their CPES certifications in May 2026, further strengthening Blessing Health's expertise in provider enrollment and payer relations.
The accomplishment reflects Blessing Health's commitment to professional development, operational excellence, and ensuring providers are enrolled efficiently and accurately with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans.
