Your MyChart patient portal offers a seamless combination of information about your medical care and records all in one place, so it is easily accessible by you. We encourage you to sign up for the patient portal!

The MyChart patient portal offers a seamless combination of information about your medical care and records all in one place, so it is easily accessible by you. We encourage you to sign up for the patient portal so that if you would like to utilize a virtual visit your account will already be set up.

  • Video visits when offered by your provider
  • Test and lab results
  • Prescription renewals
  • Secure messaging direct to your doctor's office
  • View office notes, discharge instructions and medication lists from your hospital or clinic visit
  • Immunizations records
  • 24/7 online access from any computer, smartphone, or tablet
  • App available for Apple or Android devices (search for MyChart)

How To Request a Virtual Video Appointment?

Current patients can request a virtual video visit via the patient portal once they are signed up or by calling their provider office. If you currently don't have a provider please call the Blessing Resource Center at 217-277-5000 and we will help find the right provider to meet your needs.
