Luke Tappe, the brain and heart behind the successful Community Cancer Crush fundraiser for seven years has made the 2020 and final donation to the patients of the Blessing Cancer Center.
Blessing Hospital reaches settlement agreement
The Department of Justice announced today that it has reached a $2.82 million settlement with Blessing Hospital. The settlement resulted from a voluntary disclosure made by Blessing Hospital to the Department of Justice after identifying that certain cardiac procedures performed at Blessing resulted in an overpayment.

While the Medicare open enrollment period is over, the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA OEP) is open January 1–March 31, 2025. During this time, current Medicare Advantage enrollees can switch to a different Medicare Advantage plan, return to original Medicare, and/or add a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.
