CNA’s impact on patients and coworkers earns Honey Bee award
The coworkers who nominated Tyler Brinkley for the Honey Bee award called him a “team player” and “absolutely amazing with patients.” That nomination led to Tyler, CNA, General Medical/Hospitalist/Observation Decision Unit, to receive the health systems 83rd Honey Bee award during a recent ceremony.
Remembering Meleah
Meleah Flynn’s husband and three daughters recently stopped by Blessing Hospital to see her name, which had been added to the memorial wall in the Blessing Cancer Center for donations received in her memory. Meleah passed away July 7, 2021, at the age of 54 after a two-year battle with stage 4 colon cancer.
How a family made mom’s wish come true
The opening sentence of the obituary shared the facts, “Iris Audry Newman Schoonover, 96, of Liberty, passed away peacefully in her home with her family by her side October 15, 2022.”
