Blessing pharmacy tech earns advanced certification

Kathy Boll, certified pharmacy technician, Be Well At Work Employer Clinic, Blessing Health System, has earned Advanced Certified status (CPhT-Adv) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. She is a 27-year member of the health system.

Getting outpatient lab testing done gets easier on March 4

People in the Illini Community Hospital area who need lab testing have a new option beginning March 4. Illini Express Clinic will provide pre-registered patients their outpatient lab testing in the Clinic’s drive through bay, instead of the person having to go the laboratory inside the hospital during the hours they are open.

RN Receives "Who's Your Angel?" Recognition

Amy St. Clair, Blessing Hospital RN Outpatient Care Coordinator, submitted a nomination form recognizing fellow employee, Ben Thompson with a Who’s Your Angel award. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Ben received his “Who’s Your Angel” certificate and angel wing pin from the Blessing Foundation, during a departmental staff meeting.

Free PAP clinics mark National Sleep Awareness Week

Denman Services’ stores in Quincy, Macomb, Pittsfield and Hannibal will host free PAP clinics Tuesday, March 13, through Friday, March 16, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The free PAP checks are being held in conjunction with National Sleep Awareness Week, which is March 11 – 17; and World Sleep Day March 16.
