The Host Clerks are responsible for a variety of patient and non-patient tasks in the call center, tray line, nursing unit, and kitchen as assigned. These tasks include:

• Check and verify all beverages, hot foods, cold foods and condiments on the patient tray and loads the tray into the delivery cart.

Under the direction and supervision of the physician the clinic LPN is to carry out any duties delegated and requested by the midlevel provider and physician which does not exceed the scope of their practice and licensure by the state.
