About Me

Midwest native Anna Eslick feels a connection between two of her life’s passions: Volleyball – she was a member of her college team and continued to play in leagues after graduation - and medicine.

“In volleyball, success requires a team approach, a great relationship with your teammates, and focus on a singular goal. It is the same in medicine. I work with the patient and other physicians, whether it’s a specialist or the patient’s primary care physician, and we have the same goal – the well-being of the patient.”

Anna was influenced by friends to pursue a nursing career. She started her nursing journey working on a cardiac progressive care unit, followed by a four-year stint in the Surgical/Trauma ICU.  While studying to become a nurse practitioner she did a cardiology rotation which drew her back into the cardiology world.

"The cardiologist I was working with became my mentor and influenced me greatly, even still."

Anna brings a wide range of clinical experience to Blessing, but cardiology holds a special place in her heart. She believes that in cardiology, just the smallest adjustments can make the biggest changes in people’s lives.

The other two passions in Anna’s life are her husband and their daughter.
