About Me

For Olivia Bross, healthcare is more than a career. She found her calling after a deeply personal experience.

“My passion for healthcare began when my father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease when I was young,” she shares. “Witnessing the role his healthcare team played inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to supporting and advocating for patients.”

Originally from Monroe City, Missouri, Olivia spent nine years in Columbia before returning home, where she is proud to care for patients in the community that means so much to her. She earned her graduate degree from Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis.

Olivia’s approach to care is focused on prevention, education, and long-term wellness. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and supporting them through every stage of their health journey.

“I find it most rewarding to truly get to know my patients and understand them as a whole person,” she says. “I strive to empower individuals to take an active role in their health.”

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
