EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE AT ILLINI RURAL HEALTH CLINIC
When patients choose Illini Community Hospital’s Rural Health Clinic, they benefit from our:
-
Growing practice: Because of increased demand, we recently expanded to a much larger facility. Our 5 family medicine providers now see close to 4,000 patients. Whereas many primary care offices are overloaded, we are happy to accept new patients and families into our growing practice.
-
Convenience: Our providers see patients Monday through Friday as well as select Saturdays, for added convenience. Our facility is located on the main campus of Illini Community Hospital. Lab and radiology services are a short distance away.
-
Cost-effective, efficient care: We provide care for patients of all ages, regardless of their insurance or ability to pay. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP insurance and offer discounted fees for uninsured and underinsured patients who qualify. Our schedulers prioritize getting patients in quickly, which sometimes means same-day appointments.
-
Seamless care transitions: The physicians at Illini Rural Health Clinic have active staff privileges at Illini Community Hospital. If you or a family member needs emergency or inpatient care at Illini Community Hospital, you will experience a seamless care transition from our clinic to the hospital.
