  • TRX Training: Specialized suspension training uses your body weight to improve strength, balance and flexibility.

  • Women ‘N Motion: This class focuses on aerobics, balance, core training, strengthening and stretching.

  • AM Pump: This fast-paced, full-body, strength training class will get your morning started on the right foot.

  • Cardio Kickboxing: A cardiovascular workout consisting of knees, kicks, punches and elbow strikes, this class is designed to burn calories and help you tone up.

  • Kids Club: Designed for children ages 6 to 11, this class can help build lifelong, healthy habits.
