Blessing offers free colorectal cancer screening kits in March

In recognition of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, Blessing Health is providing free, take-home colorectal cancer screening kits to the public at locations in west central Illinois and northeast Missouri, and by mail. The kits are available beginning March 3 and while supplies last.

Art by the Quincy Artists Guild will be on display throughout the month of March in the main lobby of the Blessing Hospital 11th Street Campus. The Guild’s annual show at the Hospital features two dimensional works by both amateur and professional members. These works are predominantly watercolor, oil paintings and photography.

Gary Allen, Guest Services Representative, Nursing Administration, received a Who’s Your Angel nomination from coworker Jessica Bichsel, charge RN, Emergency Center. The Foundation Office presented the Who’s Your Angel award on April 24.
