Blessing Hospital earns nation’s top honor for nursing excellence
Blessing Hospital has achieved Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the highest national honor awarded for nursing excellence. Of the more than 63-hundred hospitals in the country, only 591 organizations, or 9.4%, hold Magnet recognition.

After 28 hours of labor with her first child, Elyn, Chelsey Graham did not reach the point where she could push, and underwent a C-section. “That was never part of the plan,” Chelsey said. “Of course, I don’t think many people plan to have surgery at the last minute.
