Emberlynn Kae Wiseman was the first baby of 2019 born at Blessed Beginnings, the maternity center at Blessing Hospital.  She was born at 6:49 am on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, the daughter of Kelcee and Alex Wiseman of Quincy.
