Dogwood baby 2021 is honored

Na’liyah Reed, newborn daughter of Stefanie Allen and Natas Reed, Quincy, IL, is the 2021 Dogwood Festival baby. She earned the honor by being the first baby born at Blessing Hospital after the start of the 2021 Dogwood Festival.

One CDC-approve tactic is the use of cloth masks over Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) N95 masks to extend the life of the masks.
