When you meet Jessica Nuebel for the first time, you could think that her 2017 breast cancer diagnosis was the driving force behind her decision to change jobs after more than 17 years, from a Blessing Hospital obstetrics and gynecology nurse to the navigator for patients of the Blessing Breast Center. Public invited to tour Blessing Cancer Center Hannibal on 11/29

The public is invited to tour the Blessing Cancer Center Hannibal on Wednesday, November 29. A ribbon cutting will be held at 4 pm with tours of the new facility offered until 6 pm. The Blessing Cancer Center Hannibal is located inside the South Entrance to the Blessing Health Hannibal campus.

Local stroke care receives national recognition

The American Heart Association recognizes Blessing Hospital among the nation’s leading providers of stroke care. For the fourth consecutive year, the hospital earned the AHA’s Get With the Guidelines Gold level recognition. Specifically, Blessing received a 2024 Gold Plus Award for meeting or exceeding national core standard levels of care in the treatment of stroke patients for 2 consecutive calendar years or more.
