Illini nurse receives international award

Emily Hill, RN, Illini Rural Health Clinic, became the latest Illini nurse to receive the international DAISY award for her extraordinary nursing care. Nurses can be nominated for the award by patients or their family members, providers or other coworkers.

One CDC-approve tactic is the use of cloth masks over Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) N95 masks to extend the life of the masks. Individuals and organizations are now contacting Blessing Health System to volunteer to sew the cloth masks.
